Order Processing & Delivery Timeframes


  • Orders placed before 11:00 AM (Monday to Thursday) are typically delivered within 48 hours, subject to courier availability.
  • Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the courier service used and external factors beyond our control.


Cut-Off Times for Dispatch


  • Orders placed before 11:00 AM (Monday to Friday) are guaranteed to be dispatched on the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be dispatched on the following business day.
  • Note: Most shipping couriers do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays.

 

Shipping Costs


  • DPD Ireland: €5.49 (Flat Rate)
  • DPD International Road: €30.00 (subject to change based on courier rates and destination).


Delayed Deliveries


If your parcel has not arrived within 5 working days from the dispatch date, please contact our support team at support@ecirettewholesale.ie. We will investigate the issue promptly and assist in resolving it.
